Peter Opaluwa Okwoli is a Partner and Head of General Practice of the Law Firm, he is an astute and experienced litigation Counsel who has appeared in all superior courts of record in Nigeria, including the Investments and Securities Tribunal (IST) that is a specialized aspect of Capital Market litigation.
His passion for litigation is evident in his meticulous and methodical handling of cases and unraveling of complex legal issues.
He has gathered extensive experience of close to two decades of providing comprehensive legal services to individuals, corporate as well as MDA’s in the Firm’s core practice areas which includes property and investment law, corporate and commercial law, Negotiation, Legal Advisory and Legislative tracking & drafting.
He has a passion for drafting and has participated in several Project Financing Agreements as well as negotiation and documentation of Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Agreements on behalf of clients.
Peter Opaluwa Okwoli holds a Law Degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) and a BL from the Nigerian Law School.
